STANDARD HYDRAULIC POWERPACK
TYPE FPS

This range of hydraulic power pack are design to be constructed from a standard range of modular components, to ensure a clear specification is created, simple assembly which will ensure it can be maintain in the most demanding of industrial applications. All the parts have been selected carefully to ensure quality competitive range of hydraulic power packs.

This range of power packs are specially designed to offer a wide range of motors, 0.55 to 22 kw, flow rates up to 100 litres per minute and pressures up to 250 bar, which will cover most standard applications.

We have a wide range of pumps, Group 1, 2 and 3, which give a smooth flow, they are based on the European standard, with shafts having a 1:8 taper, mounting 4 bolt type, with group 2 and 3 having cast iron mountings foe extra strength.
All power packs have suction and return line filtration, 25 microns with return line filters and 90 micron suction filters as standard. Higher level of filtration can be provided to increase cleanness of oil if required.

The AC motor range are IP55 rated, 4 pole 3 phase 380/440 volts, multi mounting B35 as standard. Other motor can be utilised if required with different voltages, motor poles, and anti-condensation heaters and EX protection.

A wide range of valves can be mounted on the FPS range of power packs to create numerous hydraulic circuit which should suit most applications.

However, if our standard power pack range FPS, does not offer you the features required, we are able to design and build competitively a hydraulic system to meet your specification.
